This is made so you can place water or lava at the top in one single point and it will flow down to create a stucture you never could see before. it uses an invisible block which is number 36 which you can only place using world edit but its invisible for any texture pack you use. The area where its at can look completely empty until you place a liquid block then it flows down revealing a base outlined by the invisible block.
