This is a beach neighborhood which features 6 identical home all in different colors. The home comes with 4 bedrooms 3 baths but can house 7-8 people. It is 3 floors, with the bottom being a 2 car garage and unfinished basement. There is also a 4th floor cupola and walk out balcony. Each floor is adorned with a separate balcony as well.
