This is something that I like to call: Weather Detector.
as the name suggests, It detects snow or rain and sends an output to anything you want.
In this particular model, I added a Command Block from snapshot 12w34a that ha the command /toggledownfall
that turns the rain off. you can use It to optimize your creative building, so rain wont interrupt you while you do... whatever is you wanna do :)

I think this is the first of it's kind, and that it's AWESOME!
