This took a while to make, and I think it turned out great :D. Werewolves in one command! To craft a werewolf amulet, throw a beacon, bone, and diamond. It should get you an amulet! If you right click while holding the amulet, you change form between player and wolf. While in wolf form, you get speed 3, strength 2, but as a drawback, you get extreme hunger to counter the OP-ness. You also turn INTO a wolf! (Invisible + Teleporting a wolf to you = Werewolf) Get the command here.

Really cool command, but like PickleWolf123 said, when you click on a villager you turn into a werewolf. Another thing i want to add is that if the wolf that teleports to you gets killed, then it messes the whole amulet thing up and you get stuck as a super strong invisible person. To fix this I recommend to try to make the wolf that teleports to you invinsible. Other wise, this is the best werewolf command i've seen.

Hey! I tryed this out i really like it  but when i right click on a villager i turn into a wolf when i dont have the amulet thing is that a thing you can fix?

This is really cool. You could write how it works on the big structure because I had no idea. It would make it easier.

It's sorta simple... ish? When it detects a beacon, bone, and a diamond on the floor, it spawns in the Werewolf Amulet. When you hold the amulet, an invisible villager gets teleported to you. It doesn't have any trades, so when you click on him, no gui pops up. But it still adds 1 to a stat.TalkedToVillager scoreboard. This makes the right click detection. When you click, it switches between a wolf and player. To make the werewolf, it turns you invisible, and a wolf gets teleported to you. The effects are just easy.
