Here's some information about the server.
General

Western Stories is a western server, taking place in the two fictional states, Animona and Colanaro (based on Arizona and Colorado), located in the fictional 'Doverican Frontier' and the fictional country of 'Easton Dove'.

Western Stories introduces you to a vast world filled with towns, hideouts, settlements, native tribes and even a few secrets. The server lets you roam the world, and find quests from the local people (NPCs) and buy things from then. Make some cash, and you will eventually be able to buy your own horse, and even your own apartment or property.

The world

Animona
Animona is the biggest state of the two states in area, and has the most towns. Animona is covered mostly by desert, with the plains to the north-east, and the Monarch Woods to the south-east. The capital of Animona is Albatross, a large village located in the heart of Animona. The city is slightly more civilized and developed than the other towns and villages in Albatross, having cobblestone paved roads in the northern part of town.

Colanaro
Colanaro is the smaller of the two states in area, and has the least towns. Colanaro is covered by the Tranquil Forest to the west, the Tranquil Plains in the center, and the Ujarak Mountains to the east. Only the western part of Colanaro is accessible in the world, as the rest of the state is on the other side of Ujarak Mountains.
Grand Fraction is the only town you can visit in Colanaro, and is the most developed city of all the towns in the world, being covered in stonebrick roads in the newer parts of town. While Grand Fraction might be the more developed city, the rest of Colanaro is very wild and remote with little to no roads, making it easy to get lost, especially in the Ujarak Mountains, where the one road heading through it is covered in snow.

The towns

Albatross (Population: 881)
Albatross is the capital of Animona, and the second most populated. Albatross is split up in three districts, the shopping district, the modern district, and the farm district. The shopping district is located in the south-eastern part of Albatross, and is where you'll find the salloon, the general store and other shops, along with the old townhall. The modern district is located in the north-eastern part of Albatross. The library, train station, church and school is located there, along with an apartment complex under contruction. The farming district is located in the western part of town, is has 4 smaller farms covering the district.

Port Mesa (Population: 143)
Port Mesa is located in the far west end of Animona, in Mesa County (or Mesa Peninsula) on the coast of Lake Mesa. Port Mesa is a small harbor, where the Lake Mesa ferry between Animona and Nervanda (based on Nevada) is located. Port Mesa one of the lesser populous towns in Animona, but has more and more people moving in, due to the location close to the lake.

Maza Dorado (Population: 584)
Maza Dorado is located in the western part of Animona, in Sejaro Desert. Maza Dorado is a boom town located close to a goldmine, this causes alot of people to move here, and makes Maza Dorado the third most populous town in Animona. Maza Dorado is known for the Animona State Prison, located near the town, the biggest prison in the Doverican Frontier.

Rattletown (Population: 314)
Rattletown is located in the south-central part of Animona, in Sejaro Desert. Rattletown is a boom town, like Maza Dorado, though smaller. The high population is caused by the location near Río Animona, giving them easy access to drinkable water.

Remington (Population: 1143)
Remington is located in the southern part of Animona, and is the most populated town in Animona. Remington is a boom town, located near Río Animona, that started out as a camp for travellers and nomads. Soon, people would come travelling fast, and in bigger groups, and the camp would then grow into a settlement. It's location near the lush plains to east, meant that people would then keep moving into the town.

Porcupine (Population: 264)
Porcupine is a small town/camp located in the southern part of Animona. Porcupine is home for the less wealthy people, making it more undeveloped than the other towns.

Grand Fraction (Population: 984)
Grand Fraction is located in Colanaro, near the Colanaro River in Tranquil Plains. Grand Fraction is a boomtown, and the most civilized, split into 4 districts, the financial district, the shopping district, the old district and the suburban district.
The financial district is located in the Southern part of Grand Fraction, the cityhall, bank, police station and cinema is located in this district, along with a few other buildings. The shopping district is located in the north-eastern part of the town, and the old district in the south-western part. The suburban area is located in the northern part of town, and the recidents there are notably more wealthy than other places. The crime rate in Grand Fraction is dramatically lower than in other towns, due to more control, and more police forces, making it the safest town in Colanaro.
