How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

During the Minecraft player server down time I decided to open world painter and play around and this is the result.
White Islands both consist of a mountain one three times bigger than the other, vast forest and a large ocean.
So far the Islands have no resources except trees.
I also intend this map to be used for high ranking players only on a server that we are building at the moment.
