Another small update to the outside user, but it also adds a new system that will help me a lot in the future, i really want to get the core down before starting to add cool apps and flashy features, oh also now the computer has a whopping 1 byte (8 bits) of ram!

Changelog:
- Added a new rendering method, will be used for menus, floating windows and such
- Added a (for now) basic start menu, it uses the new rendering system
- Fixed more small mistakes in the decoration
