I had the idea to build wireless redstone using command blocks and the scoreboard commands.

How it works:
If you press the button you acitvate the command /scoreboard players set @a redstone 1
The reviver detects all players with score 1 of scoreboard redstone.
When it detects it sends a signal to another command block which sets the score of redstone back to 0 and it activated the lamp( gives a signal).

This may be useful for map makers.
