Hello all :) The WR250 is a a cold recycler that can be used for soil stabilization. Using its milling rotor. to mix up wet muddy soil with such things as lime, and cement to harden up soil, to be worked with and built on. It can also use its rotor to mill up asphalt, and remix it with water binder, to build a base to pave with all in one pass!
