Okay...I looked over your map so I could review it. Here is what I have to say.

I like the idea but it seems really limited and stupid at times. I didn't understand what the point was of the arena or anything for that matter. The redstone was nice but pointless. The was meant to be played amongest friends, but you couldn't just enter the arena. I didn't like how the was no point in playing at all. The arena looked nice and I thought the trees out the fence were a nice touch. The next thing the confused me was the chests. They where every where and had stone swords. Why? I also thought that if the player is in prepping room that long that command blocks should just give them items. Also, what was the long wait about? It wasn't needed. Lastly, you spawn in the world on creative mode.
