Hey! I built Wither Skeleton Mob Statues at a 1 pixel : 2 blocks and a 1 pixel : 3 block scale. The former is the scale I usually work at, the latter scales the size of the mob statue correctly with respect to my other statues.
You can find schematics for LiteMatica and WorldEdit as well as a world with all statues in the download.
Feel free to download and use the statues however you like, but please give credit if you do :)

I added the mob statues at a 1 pixel : 3 blocks scale. With respect to my other mob statues, the Wither Skeleton is the correct size (more or less) at this scale.
