Working Disposal System

I am currently working on a build that will help with annoying trash in players inventory throughout my personal town on my server. this idea was stolen from a much better builder than myself... when i remember his name on pmc i will post it... basically there will be trash dumps scattered throughout town that hooks into a hopper system and takes all disgaurded items to a specific location for second check for valuables then once checked sending the for crap items on a little ride into the oblivion to bother you no more 8 )
