working lighthouse lamp with the switch to activate, just add the daylight sensor to the pulse switch and it will pending how u set the sensor light up when its night, place sensor several blocks away from lighthouse and stack the redtone torches underneath the pulse switch for it to work, once u got that then just build the lighthouse around the lamp as you please

wait for night, its self starting, but if u are doing it on a server with greifprevention and placing the schem outside of a claim them greifprevention prevents pistons from working right outside a claim, u can break the redstone from the daylight censor and put in a switch, the key is the piston poping up or down to hole the circuit for the clock[the redstone repeaters ticking in a circle]
