I Built a working Tardis with no mods! It was build in minecraft 1.8.8, with the curent redstone and command blocks, so I'm not sure if it will work properly in 1.9. This is a project I have been working on for a long time, I have even added Time Travel, and I have finally finished it!

Some things could be improved though.
For example, the "bigger on the inside" effect could be improved very easily, because you don't need to have the entire Tardis outside show when you're looking inside. Reducing the part of the outside that is showing up would make you able to see a lot more of the inside from the outside.
I hope that you'll upload Part 2 and the map soon.
