This is my 1:5 Scale Replica of Downtown Manhattan , well what I have completed of it at the moment.
The info I get for doing scale replica projects are from Google Earth using the Ruler tool , it is pretty accurate as You may see in my scale replica build.
This Project is added with a new building every so often when I have spare time to build one , I have to work of two laptops for this at the same time , one for getting the Google Earth Data and one for constructing the build in Minecraft.
So as You can understand this will be updated probably once or twice a month , it's a long process making a building to scale.
But You may be wondering why it's 100% completed , it's 100% completed as I'm not planning or expecting this to get big or for me ever to make the whole of Downtown Manhattan.
This is just an expanding project that I do when I feel like it.

Unfortunately I've recently discovered a big setback to the accuracy of this project, the road next to the Millenium hilton and the WTC Complex is 2 blocks ( 10 meters ) too wide, which I first discovered about 2 months ago trying to construct more buildings further down the road, I couldn't get it in its accurate position, I looked it up on Google Earth again and discovered its inaccuracy.
Now to get the project moving again I'll have to de-construct and re-construct EVERY single building on that road, from the Woolworth building to the Liberty Plaza building, which may take some time.
I would ask for help but due to the complicatedness of getting the accuracies of these buildings, I'm arfaid its a one man job.
Keep tuned.
