WORLD OF DC UPDATE: 2.3

World of DC is now closer to our Goal then ever... with New updates regarding Building process, and almost completely near City Completion! With the Story Line for the Server completely finished... and more events to come after Players complete the Main Questline for SEASON 1 the Players will be dropped right into the WORLD of DC, like never before!

QUESTS
With the new Questing System, your Hero will be able to Take quests from One of their Three Mentors... and completing that Quest line will give you access to the bigger overall Storyline... with Smaller side quests that are more grounded or more Cosmic... such as the GreenLantern Corps, Titans, Justice League Dark, and more! Players will even have a real place in the story, as it Progresses through each Season the Impact that players make in Big Events- will leave a Lasting mark on Future Seasons!

SEASONS & EVENTS
Seasons and Events will be a Big focus, Seasons are basically a Main Questline that the Hero's will follow... with one Main Theme... However a Season will last for quite a long time for Each player to be able to finish it and max out their Levels and Powers... With that they will choose their Mentor and that Mentor's Questline and when the Player completes the Questline they will be able to complete the Overall Story-Arc which usually Concerns a Bigger theme or even Working with the JUSTICE LEAGUE... Usually they will all be planned out, and will always be available for players when they want to Complete their Season. On the other hand, Events are more in the Moment... Planned ahead of time, but only in a Week or so events will from time to time Have little to do with the story or be a major Factor in the story in which ALL players/Hero's can participate in the Outcome of the Events can change the Seasons overall outcome.

BUILDING
With all the updates, the Building has been modified Heavily. a Entire Caste of new Player-Ready Bases are available which can be bought by players and used as a home or Headquarters for their Operations... and are available to be purchased all throughout the Cities. However, where you are Located in the City will determine how quickly you can get to your Missions... so you dont want to live in the Outskirts of Central City, if you have missions in Gotham. Building still has Much work to go through, and is the ONLY Reason that the WODC will be opening itself to a Build team, as the Staff have been completely overworked with building.

GEAR
The Gear process, is a completely Original and new Concept in the WODC server, with Different Tiers for each piece of Gear that you get, it will determine what kind of Hero you are... the tiers listed are; Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary. These Gear sets will provide certain Buffs such as Protection, Feather Falling, Fast Swimming, More Health, more Armor, Extra Damage... and will assist you in Taking down your Villains! After all, a Hero is only as Good as the Gear he has... It works with a simple Combat Rating (CR) on Every piece of Gear, when you add up each Piece of Gears CR you can get your Combat Rating.
