These areas are often major sources of Corruption, Blackmail and dodgy deals. Eventually, Wormwood Rentals, along with other major dealerships, was forcibly closed with the arrest of Harry Wormwood in 199- for Murder, Extortion, Blackmail and Hate Crimes. These businesses have fallen into disrepair since.
This is loosely inspired by Wormwood Motors from the 1994 film Matilda.
