I didn't look at it cause i have NO idea how to install a world....

It isn't that hard, I'll take you through the steps:

Step One - Download Map
Step Two - Open your start menu and type %appdata%
Step Three - Go to .minecraft then saves
Step Four - Find the place you saved the map
Step Five - Open the RAR file and extract the map to the "saves" folder
Step Six - Open minecraft and go onto singleplayer, the map should be there :)
