Welcome to YouOnlyHaveOneTry ! (Also called YOHOT map challenge)
This map is a redstone powered challenge, that can work without any mods (just the basic version of the game).
Warning : This map isn't a multiplayer one and wasn't created to be one. I highly recommend you to play it alone, as it will be rather difficult and buggy if you play it with other people.
Were you looking up for a difficult and sadistic challenge ? Did you search for a map that will bring you death again and again, making you reach the limit of your abilities to play minecraft, your patience and your luck ?
If no, then run away, fool ! Otherwise, welcome to YOHOT !
But what is YOHOT ? Well, the YOHOT map challenge is composed of 13 rooms that you'll have to pass in order to clear the game, and (perhaps) access some bonus rooms.
In each room you'll have a challenge to complete, from "jumping challenges" to some reflective ones. I personally find these challenges rather difficult and can't do them without raging. If you're quick to get angry, you should probably not play this map, it will not be good for your health (and nobody want that... Or at least I don't).
There are some rules to follow on this map, and here they are :
But what would be a challenge map without bonuses ? There are some redstones and golden nuggets hidden in some very secret places through the game (there is one redstone and five to ten nuggets per room).
The redstones will allow you to unlock bonuses at the end of the map, so search well. (But don't search TOO well, it's not good for your eyes).
The golden nuggets are just here for my the fun... Yeah, I was bored...
The particularity of this map (by particularity I mean what will make you want to strangle me), is that if you die, it's OVER. (Because, well, you know, as the title say, you only have one try).
BUT, as I know it's probably impossible to finish this map without dying (well, you can try it if you want. But if you're able to do so, please send me a video, I would be very impressed !), there is a way to "save" the game.
How to save :
I KNOW, that this save system is a pain in the a**. But well, as some part of the map self-destruct when you lose, it's your only choice if you want to keep your progress. (And I created this map to be playable only once. Sorry for being a bastard :'()
There are some level of difficulties, depending on how often you save the game :
Before any complaint : I tested the game myself, it's totally doable. Well, some parts are so awful I don't even want to replay them ever again, but it's doable. (However, finding all the redstones without cheating is... Well... Good luck =D)
That's about it I think... If you think I'm leaving out some very important information, feel free to correct me.

- Play on peaceful except when told otherwise.
- You can only destroy gravel, ice and glass.
- You can use items that are given to you and can burn (and I say BURN, not destroy by hand) every burnable blocks of the game (as wood, wool, leaves...)

- To do that, open your save folder when you want to save (after exiting the game if you don't want any problem to happen), and copy past your game file. (Do it a lot of times in order to switch from save to save quickly and don't forget to delete useless saves. Believe me, it's better to do that).
- When you play, I recommend you to copy past your other save files in a safe place, in order to not delete them by mistake. (It's REALLY not funny...)

- Pussy : Save whenever you feel like it. (Being a pussy is fine, that's what I do when I'm playing =D)
- Medium : Save before each room. (Normal mode... Nothing to be said...)

I prefer apologize, because I know this fricking map made me rage like crazy when I was testing it, so I feel a bit sorry for the players xD
But anyway, thank again for playing, and good luck if you want to finish it^^
For the tmi and creative mode part, yeah, you're right. But you can't go back to some rooms with creative mode, as they'll be destroyed with your death.
