Zero-X - 2019 TV Redesign

Zero-X was a proof-of-concept prototype spaceship, fitted with the first ever (and highly experimental) faster-than-light T-Drive engine. Such technology would be a phenomenal leap foward in space exploration, allowing impossibly far destinations beyond our solar system to be reached within a matter of minutes. As a prototype spacecraft designed to test the feasibility of the engines, both the exterior and interior were dotted with dozens of cameras to monitor every inch of the craft during critical phases of flight to record any possible drawbacks from prolonged use of the T-Drive. Sadly, these cameras also meant that when the first test place took place, and was subsequently hijacked, there was perfect footage of Col. Jeff Tracy's sacrifice in diverting the malfunctioning craft into the upper atmosphere where it exploded. The whole craft was vaporised, leaving no trace.
