Introducing the Semi-automatic Hostile Into Friendly Transformer (S.H.I.F.T).
Just feed that zombie an apple and the machine will send you a brand new villager nicely packed in a minecart! - How it works: The Zombie will be shot by snow golems and touch the tripwire, the villager won't. When there is a mob in the machine and the tripwire is not triggered, the powered rails turn on. If they stay on for a few seconds, the minecart will travel all the way up, fall down and pick up the villager. The minecart is dispensed when a zombie falls into the machine.


Additional Notes

To get a zombie villager, let a zombie kill a villager (hard difficulty).

I tried it, & found tripwire hooks & the stone button turned around in the same block space, & the redstone for the minecart dispenser messed up. When the zombie villager fell through, he triggered the tripwire & dropped the 'invalid' hooks, next seen in his hand

Hey, I just tested it and you're right, seems like one of the new updates messed up the tripwire hooks. I fixed it and changed the download to a new version for 1.4.5. Thanks for informing me! :)
