Ok were back after 9 months. i couldent fix new spawn and some plugins are out dated im getting some things sorted on the server. So i dont have a very big spawn and no factions yet but my old permissions file works so that saved me some time. i will only be giving the public moderater status, all higher ranks i will give to someone a know or i can trust
