+Added new central spawn and portal system for convenience of expanding the server's roles in the future.
*Fixed a latency issue for players near the geographical location of the server that was caused by MAN network issues.
-Removed a few plugins that were causing lag-spikes due to incompatibility with the current Minecraft version
*Resolved issue with QoS settings in gateway
*Fixed intermittent issue of EMI that was causing the server's NIC to downshift to Fast Ethernet from gigabit. This also was causing instabilty of the connection.
