UPDATE: It dosent work because of Mojang introducing UUID(Unique Univerisal Identifiors), this is an an effort to allow players to change their name. However this means that the handling of names is differnt and therefore means the Votifier plugin (Which is outdated) dosent work. Complain to Votifier to get it together!!!!
UPDATE 2: On second glance I dont think it is the UUID thing so I will be investigating further.
