Hi there, and thanks for clicking MalaCraft.
We are a laid back server for the more mature players of Minecraft. We hope to make a non toxic player-base where people interact with each other without constantly annoying the other party. I have made many MC servers in the past, and have dealt with many people constantly asking for perms/staff. That is why this server only has 1 attainable rank. Citizen. The rank has all the luxuries that most other servers have in their donator ranks, such as /back. Our Discord server can be joined by clicking here.

You can buy and sell land on this server.
you can build a house and then if you want to, sell it.
Or, maybe you found a temple, you claimed it, and capitalized on selling it.

Server Petitions
If you, the players, think that something needs to change, like a rule or a feature; you can mail me through inter server mail. If I receive enough unique messages I will look into the issue that you, the players, have inquired into.

Chest Shops and the Server Market
There is a server Market where players can buy and sell shop plots. On these plots, a player can build a Chest Shop so they can make server currency.

Towns
When you claim a plot of land on this server, plots can be subdivided, and access to the sub plots can be sold to other players. Similar to a lease. A player can make a Town by claiming a large plot of land. Then building the framework of the town: such as Public centers, Libraries and what not. Then make the subplots beside the roads, and put them up for sale.
New Features suggested:
Silk Spawners, and RandomTP have been added to the server. This adds a new game mechanic of XP farms with spawners.
