You guys should try the new Feudal plugin instead of old boring factions.  It is only found on spigot, but it has a way to have actually pvp attacks rather than offline fighting.  Also has other things.  Its like a modern combination of Factions, MCMMO, towny, and other RPG plugins.  Its much more fun and it has almost the same general commands as factions, so its a super easy transition.
