World of Avans

Collaborative creative server
(with some survival aspect)


We are a group of Builders, Redstoners, Coders, Crafters, Modders, and overall Minecraftians that work together to have epic builds and tons of fun!



Avans is a project-based server. That means that we focus on large, member-organized and high class projects.

We accept builders of all building styles. The more variety we have at the end of the day, the better! We only work on a max. amount of 10 projects at a time. Five minor projects and five major projects are active at any time. Once a project is finished it will be moved to the archives.

We do have survival. We have a survival world, completely separate from The Creative world. We will also have games in the Creative World, that are played in survival mode such a Capture the Flag, Spleefing, and our completely Original New mini-game; Ghasting.

Avans emphasizes working together. We have a Freebuild world, but members are encouraged to work on larger multi-player projects.

PS: We dont only put our creations in the server...we want what you got. The server seems kinda empty now (with the exception of the mob arena, spleef arena, town...and some other thing) because we havent got much visitors. Come by and put your own creation into the world! We are community based, give us everything you can do, from the smallest house to the grandest tower! WE NEED YOU! (and yes, we are good builders, we're not lazy and we don't use people to do the work for us)
