Hi there, we are looking for people to join our minecraft server.


Ben's Survival Server is a unique server in the sense of community camaraderie it upholds, we strive to provide a great social Minecraft experience to anyone who joins, it may seem worrying and frightening at first, yet I'm sure you'll eventually fit in and love it. We are not one of your usual "Gestapo" servers where you cannot build anywhere, and only look around, nor are we a grief filled Server. On Ben's Survival Server, as long as you follow the rules, you can play as you wish, whether it be solitary, with friends or joining in on the passive role-play. Better yet, we don't have corrupt admins!

Almost everything is player driven on the server, whether it be the economy or the rise and fall of towns, even your failure is server events may result in dire consequences. There is usually a white-list activated, however, we occasionally take it off to recruit more players. If it is on, reply in this thread.

Towns:

The Towns and Cities of Ben's Server are all player made and up-kept, it will be up to you if your town is to become prosperous.

Economy:

The server consists of a free market economy, in other words, anything goes. The economy is completely player driven. We use Chestshop for shops, below I will show you how it's done. You can gain money by selling gold to the Spawn City Bank.

1. Place a Chest
2. Place a Sign Above Said Chest
3. Write on the Sign

Line 1: Player Name
Line 2: Quantity per sale
Line 3: B PricePlayersBuyFromYou:PricePlayersSellToYou S
Line 4: Item Name or ID

Rules:

1. No hacks (Xrays etc, rei's minimap is fine)
2. No killing (Unless to kill a greifer in self defence or an event)
3. No griefing
4. No stealing
5. Treat others as you would like to be
6. Use common sense
7. Respect staff
8. No extreme profanity and spamming
9. When you join the Server, say "Ben is great"
