PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT!
Past Experience: I was (and am) still staff on many different servers. Some of these servers include Vyzon Network, VentixPvP, WolfCraft, Ghost Network, TitanCraft, and SniperCraft. On every server except for VentixPvP and SniperCraft, I was admin. I have also owned a server which on average had about 40 players.
Other Info: I believe that I am worthy of staff because of my stupendous qualities to a mature rank such as admin. My qualities consist of 3 main things which I pay most attention to which is kindness, reliability, and accuracy. I use these to take advantage of loop holes that may occur when a player is being harassed or is distressed about how other people are treating them. First, I analyze both perspectives of the situation(s) and then make a decision based on the information they told me and the information I gathered to make a final answer and conclude the argument. In more detail, I will be discussing why these three points are important to me:
Accuracy: I believe that accuracy is most important in making real-time decisions because players in general want a response ASAP. This means that I would have to think fast but carefully at the information that has been provided. I would go back and look at the chat and see how the fight started and if there wasn't enough proof that the player(s) involved in the argument I would let them off with a warning and if I caught the player(s) abusing, greifing, etc. I would report them to an above rank and explain in full detail what happened at that point in time. The safety and security of this server is very, very important to me and I would be devastated if the server was lost due to a hacker or a un-trusted staff member. Same goes with hackers, I would look at the reports and make a document on my computer to quickly but accurately make a decision and report it to a higher ranking staff member.
Reliability: You could count on me to be a reliable part of staff especially since I care for this server so much. I would want players to count on me each time they come to me with a problem and I would be glad to help them. I also would never lie in a situation. I do not believe that lying is the right choice in these types of circumstances.
Kindness: Most of all, I believe that kindness is the most important one of all. I am a very kind person and I hate it when people are mean to each other. I would want to be kind to everyone and that is the point of being ADMIN, you have to be kind so people can rely and tell you the truth about things. When any player needs help, I will come to their aid immediately and help them the best I can. I will always help a person in need and it does't depend on the amount of work I have to do or the amount of time I help doing it. I will always try my hardest to make the experience at this server, a great one.
