Bit nooby with permissions and ranks. I'd be amazed if they had a permissions plugin. Not very well setup at present, and the plugins that they have aren't very well setup (AntiCheat, which they reported to have, couldn't stop an advertising spammer, took 5min to ban).

This is all at time of writing, bear in mind.
