Welcome to CapitolCraft, the server that goes out of its own way to give you the best possible Minecraft experience yet! Here on our new, no-whitelist, Factions, PvP Server, we have many experiences! Do you like fighting in intense battles? Love playing Hunger Games? Enjoy adventures? How about making a faction and working together? On CapitolCraft, those are only a few of the great things you can do!


We have an automated Hunger Games arena on a custom map, and we also have an automated Arena plugin developed by one of the admins in a custom built arena. Be sure to check them out in game!

Our Rules
We strive to give you an excellent experience on CapitolCraft, but we still must have some rules to make sure that our server doesn't collapse into chaos. Please follow the rules and respect the moderators, operators, builders, and admins who enforce them.
  1. Be polite and respectful to all members of the server, even if you hate their guts. Do your best not to rage... avoid all-caps messages or extremely hurtful, racist, sexist, or inappropriate messages.
  2. Moderate yourself in chat, do not spam, use ALL CAPS, use aLtErNaTiNg CaPs, or 3xc3551v3 1337 sp33k. The official language of the server is English, so we ask you speak English to other players. Please try to use grammar.
  3. Do not grief unless the land is owned by you (this is part of the Factions Plugin). Using TNT to destroy a base is not considered griefing.
  4. No hacking of any sort. This includes x-ray hacks, hacking clients, speedhacks, and other mods. If we find out you are hacking we will not hesitate to take action. You are allowed to use minimap mods and graphic mods, like Rei's Minimap and Optifine, however, and we reccomend them!
  5. Do not accuse another player of breaking a rule without proof, such as screenshots, to back up your cause. If you notice something going down in chat, report it, and do us all a favor.
  6. Do not set your /home in an enemy faction's land.
  7. Last but not least, have fun! Remember that Minecraft is just a computer game. Take some screenshots, make some friends, and you're sure to have a good time on CapitolCraft.

Logging in to CapitolCraft
Type in the IP Address in either the "Direct Connect" or "Add Server" buttons under Multiplayer in your Minecraft Client, and type in the IP address for CapitolCraft. (capitolcraft.us8.creeperhost.net)
When you first join our server, you are in a spawn airship overlooking the great spawn city. Proceed through the door ahead of you and enter the rules hall; in here, read all the signs and pay attention to them. They go over the rules. 
Near the end of the entrance hall there is a sign that says to remember the word "dolphin". Remember that word. Grab your starter kit and head through the door into the vestibule.
At this point, you can either head down the ladders and get started playing. Or you can check out the cool information in the halls to the left and right. We reccomend that you run straight ahead - this will take you into the Ranking Hall. From here, read the signs. 
To get the [Member] rank, type /apply dolphin. This will set your rank to Member, and turn your name dark green in chat.
Be sure to check out the CapitolCraft Challenge 1: Airship Parkour while you visit the airship. Then, head down the ladders in the vestibule and your adventures begin!

Our Ranks
  • Default: This is the rank that every player starts out with. You can get promoted by going into the promotion wing of the spawn airship and applying a password that you find when reading the rules. If you are a member of this rank you can not /tpa, /sethome, or use /home.
  • Member: This is the normal rank on our server. Every person who uses a password to get out of the default rank becomes a member. They can teleport and set their home as well as use the shops on the server.
  • Iron Donor: You get this rank if you donate $10.00 USD to CapitolCraft. Information can be found on our website or in game, in the donator wing of the spawn airship.
  • Gold Donor:  You get this rank if you donate $20.00 USD to CapitolCraft. Information can be found on our website or in game, in the donator wing of the spawn airship.
  • Diamond Donor:  You get this rank if you donate $30.00 USD to CapitolCraft. Information can be found on our website or in game, in the donator wing of the spawn airship. This is the most exclusive rank on our server.
  • Moderator: Moderators play on our server to help enforce the rules and protect the chat. Moderators do not have an advantage over normal players, they play just like everyone else. You can apply in-game, on Skype, or on the website to become a moderator. You must be a moderator if you plan on advancing to Builder or Operator in the future.
  • Builder: Builders exist to improve the aesthetics of the spawn city, and add new buildings. Only people with high amounts of creativity can get to this rank, where they have access to edit land within SafeZones and change their game-mode at will. Builders are not allowed to be in a faction and certainly can not spawn items for other players under any circumstances.
  • Operator: Operators are the players who can help the admins run the server the best. They have access to a wide variety of commands, and can do pretty much anything. Operators are not allowed to be in factions and are not allowed to spawn items for other players.
  • Admin: There are only two admins on CapitolCraft, and there will only be two admins on CapitolCraft. These men run the server, know the server from the inside out, and are above all dedicated to the success of CapitolCraft.
