changed ruin loot pools to give more 'common' loot (iron, diamonds, emeralds, quartz) and better 'rare' loot (netherite debris/ingots, tridents) as well as lowered potion/enchant drop rates

Carthcraft is an exceptional Europol. I started out as a small settlement in Nice, France, and have grown to a decently sized town/city in the area. The players here are kind and work to play out all aspects of the game and the Geopol experience: trade, building, politics, resource grinding, etc. The owner is active when it comes to moderation, issues, or updates, and server fixes are quick. Current nations include but are not limited to France, Liechtenstein, Pitza, and Kemi (in Karelia)., so join quick!
