ChronicReborn Network was designed to be a unique ground breaking experience of the old Chronic Network. This is the second versions we have released and we intend to keep this server up and even add more later on in the future. This server uses the popular Network plugin in order to separate your friends from your enemies. The most ideal way to get an advantage over other players would be voting for the server; just type /vote in the game!

General Rules:

You are responsible for your own account. If your friend, family, etc logs in and is caught breaking rules, it is your problem.

Listen To and Obey Staff Members.

The server will reimburse items lost in crashes/rollbacks of the server. But items lost from lag will not be replaced.

Pvp Rules:

Dont complain to staff when killed in the pvp areas. Please dont beg for you stuff back or ask Staff members for items that your lost. Begging for items from staff is a warn/temp mute!

Auction Rules:

Do not Auction anything inappropriate (renaming items into drug and drug paraphernalia)

Look at the auction you’re bidding on. If you get scammed because you bought a piece of coal renamed Diamond, that’s your problem. That being said, if you are found to be doing many scam auctions you risk of getting a temp ban.

Forum Rules:

Post topics in appropriate threads. For example, filing a report on a player should go in the ‘Report a player’ thread.

Read and follow the posting guidelines pinned in each thread.

Do not spam the forums with posts. Especially for ban appeals. If you need to make a mute/ban appeal, post it, then be patient. It will be processed when we have a chance. Spamming appeals not only will get you in more trouble, but will likely cause the duration of your ban to last longer.

Do not “tattle” on other players if you were not directly involved

Do not “resurrect” dead posts. If a post is more than 3-4 weeks old, it is considered dead, and your post will simply be deleted.

Most of the rules in the Chat section apply for the forums as well (eg.advertising other minecraft servers, etc)

These activities warrant a temporary ban:

-Bullying: It must be confirmed by a staff member.

-Spamming: Usually, we only mute people for spam. The only time this usually happens is when you fill up the whole chat, in turn annoying a staff member.

If you "Pvp Log" you may be temporary banned/Warned. It depends on the staff member you are dealing with. (It's Their call.)

No, "Ban Baiting"

Ban baiting is enticing or aggravating someone into saying or doing something that will result in a ban – this may result in a ban for both parties.

These activities warrant a permanent ban:

-Payment Chargeback: If you don’t know what this is, ask your parents.

-Advertising other servers: This rule goes under common sense. No server owner would want people advertising other servers on their server, so please refrain from doing so.

-Launching DDoS attacks or threats towards others: This is usually only an issue on the Network server.

-Threatening to hack other players/DDOs

Evading a punishment with an Alt.

Repeating any private information by a staff member is bannable.

These activities warrant a temporary mute:

All of these can be warns also. It depends on the staff member dealing with the problem.

-Profanity: There are many young people who play on the server. It’s not right for those who don’t know swears or those who don’t like to read/see it to have to see it. (profanity as in obscene language)

Please do not post any links.

Please do not Overuse Characters. For example.

No bigotry This includes, but is not limited to, bigotry based upon ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, and religion.

Only English is allowed in public chat.

These activities warrant being kicked from a server (kicking just means that you’ll be forced offline, but you can get back on right away):

All of these can be warns also. It depends on the staff member dealing with the problem.

-Standing in front of a staff member who is trying to fix/build something important

Miscellaneous:

-Using modified clients ("hacking") is allowed. Please don’t ask us how to do this. If you really want to know how to "hack", you’ll have to figure it out on your own.

-Scamming isnt allowed. . You shouldn’t scam for real life money or ranks, but it’s still done. Unless payments are overseen by us, we don’t deal with them.

-Do not ask owners for free ranks or items. They will not be given to you. (If you contuine to ask for items you may be temp banned!)

-If a player is really annoying you, there’s always the choice of the “ignore” command.

-Unless the owners say it themselves, then there’s always a chance of receiving false information.

-Inappropriate plots in the Plot World can be reported and deleted (by an owner).

-Impersonating staff is not allowed

Staff Rules:

No Staff Abuse: Moderator tools such as kicking, muting, teleporting, Are not to be Abused, Kicking or muting someone without cause is a no.

This is a No Tolerance policy. By agreeing to these rules you understand that if you are found to be abusing your tools you may be removed from the Staf team without any warning.

Have a Thick Skin. Staff members need to remain calm and helpful during intense situations to avoid panic in the community. Keeping your cool and a level head even when someone is being very disrespectful towards you is a must. Don't let the little things get to you. If you absolutely cannot handle the way a person is prodding you, remember that you can pass the problem onto another staff member if the situation has made you uncomfortable.

Don't Assume. Please dont think someone is hacking unless you have proof of said person hacking or you have seen it first hand that said person is indeed hacking. (Must have proof)

Don't False Ban. If you ban anyone for no reason you may get demoted. The banned player will get unbanned. This rule does apply messing around and banning other staff members or you're friends.

Don't Ban Without Probable Cause. We cannot ban someone on suspicion alone. If you think they might be x-ray hacking or Nuking, get solid proof and evidence FIRST before even considering the ban.

VIP Members Have Strikes. Please do NOT perma-ban VIP members. VIP members receive strikes (temp bans) instead. 1st Strike: Issue a 3 day temp ban. 2nd Strike: Second Strike carries a temp ban of 1 week. 3rd Strike: Is a permanent ban.

Perma-Bans:

Permanent bans should only apply to hackers, or people who continually go out of their way to cause problems (IE; your last resort to punish someone). As always, any permanent banning of a VIP must be cleared by the Admin team. Remember that if a VIP is being destructive and you cannot be sure how to handle it, that it is within your rights to temporarily ban them until an Admin can address the issue. If you ever believe it necessary that a person be IP banned, a member of the Admin team can assist with that.

The Fourms: We would like staff members to atleast post on the forums 2-3 times each week. We want you to post on the forums to know that you are active and because staff are a huge part of the forums and website.

Inactivity. If you are going to be away for a long period of time, Please inform the owners. After 14 days of inactivity you will be demoted to member. If you comeback it will be the owners decision to re-instated you of your rank.

Unsure What To Do? If you're ever confused about a certain situation, talk with other online Staff members about the situation and come to an agreement about what to do or talk about other possible solutions. Most times banning isn't the answer!

Do not spam (Music,Loud Noises,chat,pokes,etc) Its not our fault that your mic is bad. If you mic is not working and making a loud noise we will have to mute you.

While these may seem like a lot of rules, they each have their purpose and help keep the server running smoothly. If you are confused about any of them, please do not hesitate to make a post in the forums or ask a member of our staff ingame. Please also note that these rules are subject to change and it is your responsibility to occasionally check them. Also note that the staff maintains the right to make judgement calls on situations not covered by these rules.
