We don’t run mods which warp PvP; we stick to a vanilla-as-possible MC PvP experience.






Admins aren’t here to abuse. ALL staff members do not participate in the factions experience as normal players. They exist PURELY to assist you, the player, in having an awesome Faction PvP experience. We keep our ranks mature and clean.






While we must rely on contributions from our community to help run the server, perks and items received from donations are strictly limited to rational levels. We do, however, thank players for their contributions in a generous manner.


We also run several home-built, custom coded, plugins. This has allowed us to fine-tune our server to provide the best playing experience possible.


What’s a server, if it’s not always up? We have a virtually 100% up-time, with minimal to no lag. Scheduled server restarts occur during non-peak player hours, ensuring an uninterrupted experience.

Factions


We run the factions mod as our primary gameplay feature. Create a faction with friends, or yourself, and dominate the world!


Custom Kit Duels


Practice PvP with other players in our duel world! Type /1v1 in game to be teleported to our dueling lobby, where you can create your own, custom, kits, save them, and have fair – controlled – 1v1’s with other players. Items are kept separate and safe from the main factions world.


Free-For-All Arena


Fight it out in our FFA arena! Type /ffa in game to receive a kit and join the PvP maelstrom – Kill enemies and allies alike! Items are kept separate and safe from the main factions world.


Automated Player-Shops


Our economy is player-driven, with players buying and selling most goods (There’s a tiny server shop to set ceiling and floor prices for essential supplies). Players can buy their own player-shop to sell items to other players. Money is primarily obtained from voting.


ENANCEMENTS TO VANILLA GAMEPLAY/PvP


Disabled Items


Enchanted golden apples (“Opples”) are disabled, as they don’t promote risk-style PvP. Strength II potions are disabled, as they remove much of the skill aspect of MC PvP, especially considering their recent buff. Invisibility potions are disabled, as they’re prone to abuse (ie. Damage potion spamming).


Obsidian Breaker


To promote raiding and remove “unraidable” bases, obsidian will break after FIVE blasts of TNT.










However, we are not all about raiding and PvP. We're as much as about the story of every day faction interactions. Will your faction dominate the server with an iron fist? Will you build an epic base that not even the most advanced hybrid could break?
