SERVER FEATURES:
The server includes a variety of public services designed to make the landscape more accessible. One of these features includes a public "SKYRAIL" which is an areal, dual, powered minecart track which spans the explored landscape. The purpose of this rail is to enable long distance exploration and transportation of supplies. Players are encouraged to build structures a fair distance from the spawn-point. The skyrail is perfect for accessing far off build sites.

BE WARNED!
Blatant disregard for any of these rules will result in temporary or permanent in-server incarceration or banning. NO EXCEPTIONS! Tolerance for breaking the rules is extremely low. Operators are the only members who are allowed to enforce the rules. All members are required to report any knowledge of rule breaking to an operator. Operators of the server reserve the right to enforce rules by whatever means they desire. Please not that these rules are put in place to ensure that everyone has fun and no one steps on other peoples toes.
They are as follows in no particular order:
1) NO GRIEFING! This means no wilful destruction or manipulation of other people's property. If you are found guilty of griefing you will be permanently incarcerated on the server and banned.
2) When choosing a place to build be sure to leave a fair amount of space between your stuff and other peoples stuff. I'm talking 20 or so blocks. The map is an excellent tool for planning the locations of your structures.
3) Players are strongly encouraged, but not obliged, to populate far off lands with their creations. Try migrating a fair distance from the spawn-point before building. Server features like the skyrail are built to enable easy access to these areas.
4) If you choose a property to build on, mark it off so people know not to build there.
5) When harvesting trees, harvest to WHOLE tree, not just part of it.
6) If you trigger the explosion of a creeper, you are responsible for repairing the damage. This is true whether the creeper destroys someone's building or if it destroys a patch of natural land. You don't have to repair broken trees if you choose to harvest them instead.
7) Respect other peoples requests to sleep. You don't have to do this if you have no access to a bed but you must log out momentarily . Carrying a bed with you at all times is highly recommended.
8) NO STEALING! This means do not steal! A chest that isn't crafted and stocked by you is not yours. You are not entitled to it's contents unless you are POSITIVE that it is a public repository.
9) The alternative to stealing is trading. You can trade with other players only through direct negotiation.
10) There are various buildings on the server that are there explicitly for public use. Feel free to use these buildings and their contents as much as you need to. You may only use public buildings for their designated purpose. Knowing which buildings are public and which are private is a good thing. Graeme can give you a tour if you want.
11) If you need to build additional infrastructure, including skyway, subway or skyrail, or if you need to change the existing infrastructure let Graeme know.
12) Keep exploring to a minimum. We don't want the majority of the map explored so early in the game's development.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Have fun!
