We used to run roughly 4-5 months ago, but we lost a fair few players, so we shut down. We came back online 1 1/2 months ago and we're managing to get a solid player base of Members, Builders and we now have a solid Moderator team along with our Admin team comprised of myself (Kasarayu), Subcode and Nerethil. Feel free to come and have a look, so long as we have a mod/admin online to show you around to start with you're more than welcome!
As for plugins we're using Logblock for anti-griefing, Modreq for moderator requests, Wormhole for transportation, Multiverse and of course Essentials. We also have TNT, Water, Lava, Sponge and Bedrock disabled (mods/admins can place only) and we have fire damage and spread disabled.
At the moment we're running with a normal world, the nether and an Advanced world for builders and upwards and we're planning relatively soon on making a new world file (probably when 1.9 recommended build hits) because at the moment we have a mixture of 1.8 terrain and 1.7 and it isn't that great.

In the next few days we will be opening up a new Creative world with the idea of themed building areas, so cities and small towns etc. It will have specific rules but they are only in place to keep the feel of the world. At the moment we're just finishing some of the zones we're going to be using, the rules and we're sorting out the permissions, so, keep tuned!
We are also still looking for a US Moderator, so anyone who thinks they're up for the job and can be online from roughly 5pm-1am (not constantly, but able to check in) central US time, please do come online and ask for Kasarayu, as if I'm not online a fair few people have my Skype and I'm normally online.
