Visitor:
Firstly find an empty plot, they're 90x90 and divided by road, build something there for a while.
A staff member can then judge what you made and promote you to Member.
Make sure there's no signs on the plot meaning someone else owns it.
When you get your own plot put a sign at the entrance with your name, this acts as a time-stamp and proof of ownership for staff.
Remember where you place your sign, if someone removes it we can still check.
Visitors can only build in the visitor world.
