Welcome to DTCraft!
IMPORTANT
We are NOT looking for staff at the moment, so don't get on the server just to ask about a staff position. And plus, its going to take you a while to gain our trust to become staff anyway, we don't just hand out staff positions to new members.
Bit of a Back-story
DTCraft was a small server that started in about 9/2012. It was built up from nothing, at the time myself (DiscoCat42) and Trentask, has almost no clue what we doing, we had no idea what a plugin even was. Over the past few months we've grown, and learned, quite a bit.
The server was originally hosted from home, only holding about 5-10 players at a time. Me, Trent, and quite a few others from other server started to build up this one, and now it is what it is today.
Server Information
This server, as stated, is an economy/PvP/Survival server. Or at least this is what we strive to be.
Player trading is encouraged!
We do have a small shop set up, but its only basic things. We use emeralds as a currency. Basically what they were originally intended for. If your not looking forward to getting emeralds, you can always just hunt some mobs instead! Killing hostile and passive mobs will give you money, so that is another way to earn it, but unfortunately, you cannot exploit them. We have made sure of that.
Some Plugins
Some of the plugins the server has to offer are mostly for players use. and of course like most servers, we have donation ranks set up so you can mess around with more and more plugins. Donors will have a lot more they will be able to do in the future. For a list of donation ranks and what not, check out our website!

A bit more about the server can be found there. But back to the topic at hand, some of the plugins we currently have installed are:
AlphaChest: Donor perk; Allows you to do a command to open a virtual chest, and another for a virtual workbench
BattleArena: General Public; One of the few MiniGame plugins, we plan to have a few more of these.
ChestShop: General Public; Pretty much a player shop, you are only able to put these on shop plots! This is to exploit the fact that non-donors can use this to lock their chests. (That is a donor perk)
DisguiseCraft: Donor Perk; Like most servers, we have this too! Disguise as mobs, pretty simple.
LWC: Donor Perk; Lock your chests, doors, dispensers, and other things. You are allowed to lock as many things as you want.
MagicCarpet: Donor Perk; What servers not complete without this plugin? Fly around with a snazzy glass carpet underneath you feet! (Pretty laggy at times)
MobArena: General Public; Another one of the MiniGames the server has to offer!
MobBountyReloaded: General Public; Kill mobs = Earn money, 'nuff said.
MultiWorld: Donor Perk/General Public; Donate to the server = Gives you a small world to do what ever you would like in it. The general public only has access to this when warping around, most things are split off from other worlds. Its a bit easier to manage that way.
PvPTitles: General Public; Kill people, and rank up while doing it! Our system follows Greek terms, have the chance to be known as an Immortal. (It takes a bit of killing to earn this rank)
Towny: General Public; Yes Towny! WE HATE FACTIONS. Factions is a good plugin, but we find Towny much, MUCH easier to use! (Factions sucks in the owners opinions!)
Trade: General Public; Trade with other players through commands! Simply type in the command, and when the other player accepts, a GUI of a chest split down the center will show up. Makes trading so much easier!
WorldBorder: For reasons; We use this to keep the map files at a manageable rate. No one can leave the border. Not even the owners!
Random Stuff
Well that's about all for now, we will try to keep this updated as much as possible. All are welcome on DTCraft! There is no whitelist, so feel free to hop on anytime. the server will be up 99.9% of the time. Thank you for taking the time to read this post, and enjoy your stay!
