Are you in asia or something? If you're not, then you just have to click the link, close the tab, click it again, and keep repeating that until it downloads

When you hit the white button "CAT GIFTS V2.5......." you'll get a warning that you're being redirected to an adfocus page (advertizing revenue based link shortener page)
If you click continue, you need to be carfeul not to click on anything wityhout knowing what it is because such sites can have aggressive ads.
With an adblocker active (as I have) you get a blank page with an AdFocus.us banner across the top
WITHOUT an adblocker this will be a page of ads with the banner across the top
in either case there should be a short [~5sec] timer at upper right.
This will eventually turn into a button marked 'skip' {light grey on white so you may need to look closely}
Click the 'skip' buttton [and only the skip button] and you will be taken to a standard mediafire download page
The download button is blue the file should be 77.48Kb
