Well, this server is a pixelmon 2.5.7 server running on bukkit 1.6.4, which would mean you have to have the pixelmon mod (version 2.5.7 pixelmon) to join this server. I will be upgrading the server in the near future. We do have ranks, but some things are bugged, the server is new and perms aren't done, sorry about these things we are working on them since this server is brand new. -Eclipse
