While currently a Survival server with Grief Prevention, Custom Builds, keepInventory, and an Economy, they have plans for expanding to new gamemodes per request of their community, such as Factions and Skyblock. There is moderate wild griefage, but that is expected.  This is a generally professional server with some great potential if in stays up, and I think that it's worth checking out.
