Download the technic launcher and search up 'Equestrian Adventures'. According to planet minecraft their server is online right now as I'm posting this. The server admins/mods/ usually come on when other players show up. Hope I see you soon! :D

Remember to copy and paste the server info here in a newly added server when launching the modpack! For some reason the ip address hasn't been updated...
