We are dedicated to providing players with the most pure vanilla Minecraft experience there is. We don’t have plugins that affect your gameplay. There isn’t any /tp, /home and no access to creative. We have friendly, experienced staff on almost all hours who are happy to help you with anything that comes up. We have been up and running for over a year, and recently reset our map on December 2nd. We take pride in our community, you will feel right at home!

We have also implemented an 18+ age rule - If you don’t meet this necessary requirement, then please look for another server.

Fill out the application and post it in a reply to this post; once you've done that, we will give you a response as to whether or not we think you're a good fit for our server (more often than not, the answer is yes!).

When you join, you will be asked to build something for us to judge your knowledge and creativity in minecraft. This allows us to see what kind of a player you are, and helps to keep out the griefers and thieves. You will also be asked to join our forums at www.eurekamc.enjin.com before you can join us in Eureka, so the sooner you do that, the better! Good Luck!

Rules



Respect for Others



There are only a few rules here on Eureka, but they are very important ones. They allow us to get along with each other and help to create a place for us all to have fun and play the game.

No Stealing



Taking anything, no matter how small, from a person's chest without asking is stealing. The same is true for harvesting crops, animals and trees that aren't yours. There are no community chests.

No Griefing --Eureka is a friendly server. Griefing is not friendly and will result in immediate ban. If you would like to prank other users, please read the thread about pranking on our message board.

Preserving Spawn and Community Builds
Do not remove or place any blocks within a 500 block area of spawn. Similarly, do not alter any of our community builds such as the hotel and the nether hubs.-Chatting Appropriately

Do not advertise other servers


Disable any mods before logging on
Optifine is okay to use here, but something else like Rei’s minimap, or Zans minimap are not okay to use here.

Unless you have arranged it with another player, please do not start building right next door to another person's build. Give them, and yourself, plenty of room to cave, explore and expand.

If you will be away from the server over a period of four or more weeks, please let us know on the message board. Your builds wont be deleted, but its just nice to know when someone isn’t going to be playing.
