Rules:

• You can build wherever you'd like, you have the right to inhabit a castle if you'd like. Just be considerate when editing the landscape, try not to destroy too much. You are allowed to create a town wherever you'd like, but try not to destroy pre-generated towns (for example, Darkshire and Light's Hope Chapel) in the process. Instead, try to inhabit those towns and repair them for other's to enjoy, instead of leveling them and creating your own on top of it. Also, if you are caught stealing iron, lapiz lazuli, emerald, diamond, or gold blocks, you will be banned without warning. The only time you are allowed to remove these blocks from structures is for your town, not for materials. Ore veins are huge on this map, you do not need to steal blocks from structures to get a bunch of materials.
  
  
• This is survival, do not ask for creative or you will be banned.
  
  
• If you need to contact an administrator, post on this forum.
  
  
• Do not use any unfair modifications, such as Nodus or xray hacks, but you may use harmless mods such as minimaps.
  
  
• Try to respect others, avoid racism and any other offensive material in-chat.
  
  
• No chat spamming or advertising websites or servers.
  
  
• Do not ask for moderator or admin. Moderator and admin positions are chosen based on trust, not an application.
  
  
• You are allowed to grief for PVP PURPOSES ONLY. Any griefing done to buildings that do not belong to a faction will cause you to be banned. This means if AverageJoe has a house built in the middle of nowhere and does not belong to a faction, you will be banned if you grief his house. This also goes for uninhabited naturally-spawned towns like Darkshire or Moonbrooke. If you set fire to buildings just for the heck of it and no one lives there you will be banned. Setting fire to a building to remove it because you are inhabiting the land is different and will not get you banned. For example, if WarringJoe is in the faction Luvs2War and your faction is at war with Luvs2War and WarringJoe's house is in Luvs2War's land, you are allowed to set fire to his house, tnt cannon it, etc.
  
  
• Do not camp warps, spawns, or homes. The only time you are allowed to is if they are located in a faction's area that you are at war with.
  
  
• You are NEVER allowed to request a teleport to someone and kill them on the spot if the accept.
  
  
• Factions that are found to have changed war to neutral or neutral to war status with another faction more than ONCE A DAY will be removed and it's leader will be banned.
  
  
• Teleporting away from a PvP battle is strictly prohibited. This includes teleporting away because you feel threatened that another player will attack you. Run away at least 50 blocks until you teleport.
  
  
• You are only allowed to declare war on a faction whose leader is online.
  
  
• You are not allowed to set your home in or near another faction's land.
  
  
• Stealing items from PvP battlegrounds is strictly forbidden.
  

Basic Commands:
/spawn - Teleports you to spawn
/call - Request a teleport to a player
/sethome - [Sets your home
/home - Teleports you to your home
/tell - Message another player
/warps list <#> - Lists all warps, the number indicating the page
/warp - Teleports to that warp
/kit starter - Get starting tools + wood every two hours

How to become greylisted:
