Fallout: Rain City

The Redemption:
After the bombs fell, Seattle had gone dark. Few survived, and those who did lived in great underground bunker, called Vaults.
Vault 156, holding 500 people, had a social experiment based around increasing intelligence.
If a vault residence didnt meet the annual IQ test minimums, then that residence would be killed.
Do to such harsh punishments, the vault residence increased their intelligence gradually, and soon became experts in vault engineering.
Unfortunately, this vault was built in a rush, many corners were cut, and the cheapest supplies were used, leading to the vault prematurely falling apart at the seems.
The residence of vault adapted to such a situation, and made repairs on the primary systems of the vault, using the scraps from the secondary areas of the vault.
When the vault door finally opened, in 2251, they found themselves thrown into a city war torn and destroyed by atomic fire.
Stuck in their instictual ways, they began to repair local buildings and factories alike, restoring them to working condition.
Finding the USS Artemis, a beached expirmental aircraft carrier, which housed enough matieral for them to set up a small community. This community, based on science, made many breakthroughs that their pre-war ancestors could not.
Over the course of 40 years, these people became victims of science, transforming themselves into cyborgs or genetically altered super human. As well as adopting the name of Redemption, and that of the ranks of honor.
Miles outside of Seattle, a radio station sent one last message from a surge of electricty form a reactor recently restored. This message was a nuclear warning for the west coast, which never made it out of the station.

NCR:
Hundreds of miles to the south, a lone caravaneer tuning his radio, heard the message, "This is a warning: To the western commonwealths of the United States, nuclear missiles have been launched an safety protocal 13526 is now in order. Please go to your nearest Vault-Tec Vault protection system. This is not a drill. This message repeats from -Robotic voice- Seattle General Broadcasting"
Thinking he could get a mild reward for his information, he went to the nearest NCR base and told them of his findings. He didnt get a reward, but the NCR did send forces to the north to occupie this supposed city. Upon arrival, they stationed themselves in the local Coast Guard base.
Through this they began the annexation of Seattle, which to them was suprising in good condition.
Two months after hearing the transmission, the NCR finally made contact with The Redemption, where they found out there origins.
Less than two weeks later, the first firefight broke out between the factions, leading to 15 dead NCR, and only 2 dead Redeemers.
The fight began from the NCR trying to boot out the Redemption from their home. The greed of the NCR has led to yet another war.

Enclave:
After the defeat of the Enclave at Navarro in 2281, remnant forces retreated north along the NCR border, to a city rumored to have some refuge against the irradiated masses.
The troops were gravely mistaken. Upon arrival on Seattle, the forces were flogged by hordes of ghouls and raiders. They decided on reinforcing the tallest building in the area, otherwise known as the Space Needle, in which they stayed secluded for many years.
In 2285, With the Space Needle fortified, they began sending patrols back into Seattle, where they found the remainder of the vault residence now calling themselves the Marines. Engraged by there use of technology, they began attempting to cleanse the area of the supposed "pest".
The liquidation was slow and tedious, and eventually failed upon the arrival of the NCR and planning for the inevitable fight between the two superpowers.

BoS:
In a large chapter of BoS, situated in the wester Montana area, an Enclave Eyebot was recovered from a vertibird wreckage.
Upon closer examination, the BoS discovered that the Eyebot had evidence of Enclave activity in the wrecked city that was once known as Seattle.
Deciding it was in the the wastelands best interest for the Enclave to be irradicated, the BoS chapter began moving its way west wards into Washington.
Upon arrival in Seattle, some BoS recon teams spotted a battle between the NCR and an unknown faction, leading the NCR to retreat back to a military base situated to the west of Seattle.
Reading over old records, the BoS discovered a bunker in Mnt. Renier, and decided to colonize said bunker, for the time they intend to stay.

Mind you mistakes in lore are only temporary, and will be fixed by the time the server is officially opened.

USS Artemis (Experimental Aircraft Carrier)
Space Needle (Fortified by Enclave)
Fort Heston (NCR Military Base)
Mt. Renier Bunker (BoS Controlled)
Misc Buildings, such as the towers and apartments that will be the Seattle area.

We are currently looking for builders to help us begin and finish the construction of the Seattle Wasteland

3. An RP application will need to be filled out before access to the beta of the server is allowed.

6. Do not complain/ fight/ harass/ grief/ or in general become a nuisance.
7. Just because it isn't mentioned here, doesn't mean you can do it.
