Foofooland is a small server previously owned by a user called Foofooman. It is a bukkit, vanilla 1.7.2 server that reinforces no griefing and encourages no PvP with keep inventory. PvP is enabled for you to punch that friend that annoys you, but unwanted kill reports will be taken into account.

I suggest just having an enable and disable command like /pvp disable and /pvp enable.
