Hello one and all and welcome to Fuzzy Craft! This server was started because we were tired of seeing the same old same old giant server were no one really knows anyone and there are so many plugins your head starts spinning. Here at Fuzzy Craft we aim to be a refreshing bite of different!
We are a small server (max 24 people) and that's just the way we like it!
No need to hide in a hole! With our easy to use (second grader tested) protection system you can let your build breath a well deserved dose of fresh air. Best of all there's no waiting around for busy admins to protect your land as our system is fully automated!
Itching for a fight? Here at Fuzzy Craft we want to provide a more dynamic style of pvp while also caring for those who choose not to partake in it. With our automatic siege system you are also able invade an individual's home provided they are there to defend it.
Learn more about the siege system as well as learn how it can making your building plans more functional.
Taken from the developer of our greif prevention plugin
Players are not immune to PvP on their land, but other players can't use their buttons/switches, a player can create a safe home by designing access mechanisms into it (iron doors with buttons, for example).
While the player is at home ONLY, other players may /Siege them, destroying ONLY soft blocks like dirt, sand, gravel, glass, and cobblestone. Thus by using quality materials or designing very carefully with a mix of hard and soft materials, any home can be made defensible. While a player is logged out or away from home, siege is disabled.
While under siege, containers in besieged claims will be disabled, and no one can build there, a small penalty for refusing to fight (and preventing players from stuffing all their valuables into boxes before going out to fight, or building themselves into a safe room). Besieged players are also unable to toss items on the ground for later retrieval, or log out. So a player under siege must either wait it out, fight and risk losing items and experience, or try to escape. Note that there's nothing stopping a defender from receiving items from someone else (think supply lines). Similarly, anyone may join in on the attacking side without even using the /siege command.
The siege ends when the attacker gives up and leaves the area (defender wins), the defender escapes (attacker wins), or one of the two dies or logs out. The defender hasn't "escaped" until he's both in an unprotected area and a reasonable distance away from the attacker. If a defender runs to another claim where he's protected, the siege will extend to include that claim as well.
When a defending player loses, his doors (but not chests) unlock so that the victors can collect the loser's drops. After a short time, any players who don't have access to the claim will be ejected to discourage in-home camping. The attacker can't siege that defender or his claim again for an hour.
This may seem like the attacker has the advantage, but a well-prepared defender can prepare not only an impenetrable build, but integrate useful strategic elements like drawbridges, arrow slits, one-way doors, secret escape routes, and lava pipelines. Further, the attacker is vulnerable to surprise attack by the defender's allies, because in most cases the attacker will be out in the open.
Thus, build design (the core strength of Minecraft as a game experience) and PvP are related in an interesting way that adds depth to the experience, while build/break griefers come to an almost full stop.
Normal human living gotten stale?
Our server provides the means to transform yourself to live the life of another being with different strengths and weaknesses than your average minecrafter. This is completely optional however.
Learn more about transforming
Joining a Class:
o Humans can find/construct special Altars to convert to Vampires
o Humans sometimes convert to Werewolves when dying to wild wolves at night.
o Pig Zombies sometimes have the ability to make humans undead rather than just dead.
o Any human who shows proper devotion to the Church may become a Priest.
o Non-Priest humans who can prove their Supernatural Hunting Abilities by slaying 3 different types of supernaturals without dying will be invited to the WitchHunters' Association.
o Humans who enter the Nether covered in dead animal skins (leather armor) and sacrifice themselves to the Inferno will become Demonic.
o Humans who mess with Ender Pearls and Clay blocks will find that their tinkering will change their life forever.
o Humans who fall off a cliff with their Wings (feather) will find their spirits lifted.
NOTE: Some means of transformation don't work every time (this is intentional)
Leaving a Class:
o Vampires can find or construct special Altars to regain their humanity.
o Werewolves must make themselves a Wolfbane potion, starting with an empty Bowl.
o Priests merely have to insult the Church by offering Coal to the donations' Altar.
o The Holy energy of the Church's Altar will sometimes cleanse a Ghoul and restore their humanity.
o Demons who die in icy water while carrying snowballs will find the demonic fire in their blood cooled.
o WitchHunters who exhibit extremely poor bow skills (kill themselves) will be removed from the Association.
o EnderBorns have a chance to be reborn as a human when they die
o Rules/guidelines:
o 1. Players are responsible for protecting their homes, greifed un-protected homes will not be replaced
o 2. Do not misuse the siege system. Using the system to annoy players will not be tolerated.
o 3. Be respectful!
o 4. No flying or x-raying or any of that gubbines
