why do you want to become staff?:Because I really like this server and would love to help it grow and would help in almost any case or problem, I also really like this server :D. I am not one for abusing (Or trolling) with my permissions, it is annoying and immature, I feel the need to help anybody at anytime, I love to joke around and most of the time i'm building funny things!
How long can you play everyday: I can play for about 7 hours on week days and as long as I want on weekends!
I will also solve any problem with server compatibility, I act very spazzy and hyper!

Any experience from other servers?: I have been Head-Mod on 2, Admin on 3, Mod on 4, builder on 3, Coder of 4, and owner of 1 :D
How I will punish- If they grief that is a week temp-ban, If they spam that is a 1 day temp-ban and a 3 day mute, if they threaten to DDoS the server then they will be Perm-banned.

why do you want to become staff? I want to become staff because I can see past the differences in people and see that all people deserve the same amount of respect as others. As a staff member, I know my duty is to keep the players inline and keep players from leaving the server, without being that overly-attached ex-boyfriend! :P I can joke around a lot, so watch out :). I welcome all players with a kind, open, and accepting heart and mind that will blow you away. I want to see this server grow.
Need help deciding justice for people? No problem, I've been staff on servers for 4 years, and I know that most people deserve a second chance. I won't go too hard on people, nor will I be too loose on them. If I think someone deserves a punishment, they deserve it.

Plugin-Manager (Configures plugins through Filezilla or control panel for the them to perform best)
Staff-Coordinator (Keeps staff in-line, and is responsible for any "slips" the staff might have
Player-Handler (Keeps players inline, sometimes staff, making sure everyone follows the guidelines)
anything else you would like to add? Yeah, I would like Plugin-Manager, Staff-Coordinator, or Player-Handler over most other positions, because it is more of an important job than the others, I think.
