Why does GDMC think it's so special?

We've written a plugin that disables normal healing. Players heal when they go to bed or when they drink potions or eat golden apples. Otherwise, we're running plain ol' Craftbukkit to give our players the most pure SMP PvE experience possible with added difficulty.

We hope that the added difficulty will make the gameplay experience more fun by:
Making teamwork necessary,
Making in-game achievements (diamond pickaxe) more impressive, and by
Recreating a sense of danger in the Minecraft world.

What is GDMC looking for in players?
We're looking for players who are fun to play with, players who respect each other, and players who are proficient builders/redstoners--size doesn't matter, style does.

What are some studly moves that will impress my fellow players?
Building nice-looking structures,
Making cool redstone devices,
Being enjoyable to play with,
Playing on Skype,
Shooting videos,
Team cave-diving,
Executing well-made, good-natured Mindrack-esque pranks,
Starting with a small house in town and moving larger place farther from other players,
Visiting other players houses and having them visit yours,
Working on community structures (spawn, town hall, Nether hub), and
Fixing creeper holes.

What are some dick moves that will probably get a person banned?
Griefing,
Stealing,
PvP in most instances (redstone pranks that kill players are usually okay, pranks that destroy their items are not okay),
Killing all of the villagers without replacing them,
Asking for /op, /tp, /give,
Using client mods that give you an unfair advantage/make the game easier (x-ray, minimap),
Pranks that involve destructive use of fire, lava or TNT (ie using TNT as a noise-maker is a-okay), and
Not leaving a sign with your name behind when you prank someone.
