When you get the  Technic Launcher, Hack/Mine will be one of the gamemode options in the Top Left Hand corner. Select Hack/Mine Go to options under Login click on Development builds 0.6.0 to check it, then log in and wait for it to download. Then your on Join my server.

Note: Use the texture pack that is installed with the client to have the best experience
Additional Notes
Hack/Mine is an action-RPG hack n' slash mod for Minecraft (like Diablo II or Torchlight) with an emphasis on teamwork, twitch, and strategy.
